2 medium-sized sweet potatoes 

4 garlic cloves (minced) 

1/4 cup of white onions (chopped) 

1/4 cup of gluten-free all-purpose flour 

1 teaspoon of sea salt 

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (finely ground) 

Olive oil

Directions:

-Thoroughly wash sweet potatoes under running water. Carefully peel and then grate them.
