Ginger

Turmeric

Heartburn can happen to us from time to time especially when we ate too fast or our stomach become inflamed because of the food that we eat. When this happens, the pain that goes up in our esophagus can be excruciating at times. Clove

You have the grounded version, whole clove, as well as clove oil.
