For this remedy, you need to prepare a bowl of hot water and add a few drops of peppermint oil. Soak your feet in it for 10 to 15 minutes then pat dry. Use this remedy every day.

Hot and cold water baths

Sore muscles can be hard to deal with, but with hot and cold immersion therapy, it will help alleviate the pain and swelling in your muscles. The changing temperatures help the blood flow better thus eliminating the swelling. Athletes use this therapy after each session.

Massages

Another useful treatment for foot pain is giving your foot a massage. You can use a massage oil to make this treatment even better. Baking soda
