What’s great about fish is that it contains high amounts of omega-3 essential fatty acids which are known to reduce inflammation, lower cholesterol levels, and boost heart health. Aside from omega-3, fish also contains zinc which plays a huge role in your overall health. Salmon and tuna are just a few examples of fish that you should incorporate into your diet at least once a week.

Artichoke. Another food option that you should consider adding to your pimple-fighting diet is artichoke. Eating artichoke can deliver a chock full of vitamin C and antioxidants to your body which can aid in eliminating toxins that are causing harm to your skin.
