People have a tendency to worry how others think of them. They become careful with their actions and strive to please others just to get their approval. Unfortunately, this is not really healthy and bound to get us in trouble at some point. This is because we start basing our actions on how others prefer. But the good news is that you can actually change your way of thinking with a few steps like the ones below.

Focus on what’s important

Concentrating on what’s more important can help you see the bigger picture, that your role is not the only thing that matters, it’s everyone. This way, you’ll find that the spotlight is not focused on you but to the whole group.

Be true to yourself
