If you have strained or sprained your Achilles tendon, you know that you will feel some sort of discomfort or pain on your legs. Although this is a common experience especially in those who are physically active, leaving it alone isn’t really going to help you out. Turmeric

You just need to apply it at least two to three times per day so there will be less pain and inflammation of your Achilles tendon.

Bandage

Restricting the movement of your affected leg can reduce the pain that you are feeling. You can use it as you sleep too so there will be less movement that can exacerbate the problem. Make sure that you bandage your foot to keep it flexed.
