German Remedy for Clearing Up Arteries

As we age, the chances that our arteries gets clogged is high. This is because of the unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle that we are living. Foods that are high in cholesterol can cause fatty deposits to appear in our arteries which can block them eventually. When this happens, you are at risk of heart problems such as stroke, heart disease, and even high blood pressure for that matter. Yes, there are dozens of medications that can reduce the blockage in our arteries, but they may cause side effects too. So how will you be able to keep your arteries clear? Well, the Germans have come up with a tonic that can reduce and even prevent arterial blockage. Here is the recipe that you should try out:

2 tablespoons of ginger, grated

4 organic lemons, including peel

2 liters or half a gallon of water

4 whole garlic

To prepare this tonic, you should start by washing the lemons first then slice them thinly. Now, peel the garlics and crush them after. Put it aside for a while to trigger the protective compounds that they contain. Now put the rest of the ingredients, except for the water, in a blender then process until everything becomes smooth. Start boiling water in a saucepan after. Once the water has boiled, transfer the mixture to the water and stir. Let the mixture boil for about 5 to 10 minutes while stirring the solution from time to time. Remove the saucepan from the stove and set aside.

Once the mixture has cooled, you should strain the mixture to get the liquid which you need to transfer into glass jars that have tight lids. To use this solution, you should drink each jar at least two hours before your meal and on an empty stomach. You should do this before each meal and must be done daily for three weeks. You can remove the aftertaste by taking a spoonful of raw and organic honey so you will feel better afterwards. Skip one week to allow the tonic to work then repeat the whole process.
