2 cups of spinach leaves
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt (finely ground)
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper (ground)
-Place spinach leaves in a colander and wash thoroughly under running water. Shake off excess water.
-Get your oven preheated to 325°F, which is equivalent to 160°C.
-Reach for a large baking sheet. Have its entirety lined with parchment paper.
-Get a large mixing bowl. Toss spinach leaves in it together with extra virgin olive oil.
-Use a pair of wooden spoons to ensure that all of the spinach leaves are coated.
-Sprinkle garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper. Toss again.
-Neatly arrange spinach leaves on the baking sheet you lined with parchment paper earlier.
-Bake for about 10 minutes. Don’t be surprised if the spinach leaves become small and shriveled.
-Transfer the baking sheet on a wire rack. Allow the spinach ships to cool for about 5 minutes.
