Lavender essential oil

To use this remedy, combine, a cup of oats, half a cup of sea salt, and 10 drops of lavender essential oil. Add to your bath water and soak for half an hour every day.

Bergamot essential oil

This essential oil is not only useful when it comes to calming you down, but it can be used on oily skin as well. Another way to use this essential oil is for alleviating psoriasis symptoms while helping calm your dry and peeling skin as well. Mix a few drops with a carrier oil and massage it on your scalp.

Chamomile essential oil

You can also use chamomile oil to help reduce your psoriasis breakout because it acts as an anti-inflammatory agent that can promote healing of various skin diseases. Get 2 teaspoons of petroleum jelly and melt it in a small pot. Remove from heat then add 10 drops of chamomile oil. Mix afterwards then set aside to cool. Apply it on your skin after taking a bath.
