Natural Remedies to Get Rid of Bruises

The warm temperature can help reduce blod clots on the surface of the skin. If there is swelling along with the bruising, start with a cold compress first before using your hot compress. Make sure that the water bottle is not that hot that you’ll scald your skin.

Parsley

If you are trying to eliminate the presence of bruises on your skin, you might want to try using the herb, parsley. This herb is often used for bruises as it is rich in vitamin C and K which are known for their ability to eliminate pain and reduce inflammation. All that you have to do is to cut up some parsley leaves then place on the bruised area. Leave it on for a while so your skin will be able to absorb the juice from the herb where all the vitamins are found. You’ll see that your bruises will be gone in no time.

Chocolate

Chocolates are not only good for satisfying your sweet tooth but it is also good for healing bruises. This is because chocolates have cocoa bioactive compounds that have anti-inflammatory properties that are actually good for your skin. Melt some chocolate then let it cool down until warm. Apply on the bruised area then cover it in bandage until the chocolate has dried. This chocolate compresses the blood vessels that were damaged to help regulate blood flow. You will find that this clears up the bruises fast.
