2 green tea bags 

1 medium-sized cucumber 

1 cup of fresh mint leaves (lightly packed) 

1/4 cup of honey (raw and organic)

Directions:

Grab a saucepan and put 2 cups of water in it. Using medium heat, let the water boil. 

While waiting for it to boil, thoroughly rinse your medium-sized cucumber in running water. Without peeling, cut the cucumber into thin slices. Set aside. 

Once the water is boiling, turn off the stove and put into it 2 green tea bags, 1 cup of fresh mint leaves, and half of the cucumber slices that you have just made. 

Cover the saucepan and allow the various ingredients to steep in the water for about 15 minutes.  

In the meantime, combine 1/4 cup of honey with equal amounts of hot water. Stir very well. 

Carefully strain the tea. Add the honey mixture and 4 cups of water. 

Transfer to a tall pitcher and add the remaining cucumber slices. Add lots of ice cubes and serve.
