This is why we often feel tired and even have to deal with headaches because of it. With that being said, using peppermint essential oils can ease the pain that we are feeling. You can add a few drops of peppermint essential oil with a carrier oil on your fingers then massage it on your temples when there is headache coming.

Another essential oil that you can use on a daily basis is tea tree oil. This is actually good for the skin because it is free from any harsh chemicals. Use it as a toner or cleanser if you like. You can also use it to purify your surrounding so that you will be able to protect your body against viruses and other elements that can cause you harm.

You can even add a few drops on your pillow so that you will be able to smell it as you sleep.

Eucalyptus

Don’t forget to add eucalyptus to your list of essential oils to use on a daily basis as this essential oil is good to use for massages and even as chest balms when you are having difficulty breathing.
