2 bunches of medium-sized beets 

3 tablespoons of olive oil 

3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar 

1/2 cup of maple syrup 

1/2 cup of water

1/4 cup of scallions (chopped)

Directions:

-Get your oven preheated to 375°F — that’s equivalent to 190°C. 

-In the meantime, have the beets washed, trimmed and cut into wedges. 

-Place beets in an ovenproof skillet and drizzle with olive oil. 

-Bake for about 30 minutes.
