You will need a cup each of sugar and coffee, ½ cup of cinnamon, and 8 ounces of coconut oil. First, heat the coconut oil using a double boiler until it melts, put it aside afterwards to cool down a bit. Mix the rest ingredients first before adding to the oil mixture. Mix all the ingredients before you pour them into a container. Apply the scrub on the problem areas two to three times a week to help reduce the apperance of cellulite.

Coffee and olive oil scrub. Scrubs are worth using when it comes to removing cellulite from problem areas. Another recipe that you should take advantage of is the coffee and olive scrub. Coffee granules are perfect for scrubbing dead skin off the surface while the olive oil can nourish your skin to speed up healing. For this recipe you will need: a tablespoon of white sugar, a teaspoon of glycerin, ½ cup of ground coffee, 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of vitamin E oil. You can get the oil from vitamin E capsules. Just combine all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix until they are combined thoroughly. Apply the scrub on the affected areas and scrub hard for five minutes. Wrap a saran wrap on the areas where you have scrubbed and leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse afterwards with water then pat dry. Moisturize after to prevent dryness.

Detox baths. You can also do detox baths if you want to get rid of cellulite in hard to reach areas in your body. One way to do this is to add Epsom Salts in your bath water and soaking in it for 10 to 20 minutes. Scrub your skin while in the tub to boost circulation and to remove toxins. This will help flush any fatty deposits in your body which can eliminate the appearance of cellulite.

Coffee and sugar scrubs. The simplest scrub that you can make to combat cellulite is to mix some coffee and sugar. You will need ¼ cup of coffee grounds, 2 to 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, and 3 tablespoons of white or brown sugar. The first thing to do is to mix all the ingredients together until you create a paste. Massage the mixture on the areas where cellulite is prominent for several minutes then wash as usual. Apply moisturizer to help keep the skin smooth and supple. You can repeat this treatment at least twice a week.
