Apple cider vinegar

You can also try apple cider vinegar and hot water when you are suffering from migraines. Mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 240ml of hot water then drink it. This can help prevent any stagnation in the liver which can lead to migraine. Another way to use apple cider vinegar is to mix it with lemon juice and drink it. Another Chinese remedy that is often used to treating migraines is Corydalis or Yan Hu Suo. This herb works as an analgesic and has been found to be effective in treating migraines for ages.
