Most of us are used to using salt and artificial flavouring when cooking but sadly, they don’t really do much except increase our sodium intake. Health experts are growing concerned with the rise of obesity all over the world including heart problems because of the food that we prepare and eat. And because of this, they are encouraging everyone to take note of the ingredients that they use when preparing home meals because there are other healthier alternatives to using salt and those artificial flavouring being sold today and one of these is to use herbs and spices.
